You wont believe these beautiful blue waters are in Ontario! Tobermory is a harbor village on the Bruce Peninsula of Ontario. A beautiful place to be, most popular in the warm summer months of June-August.

Bruce Peninsula National Park

A beautiful Ontario park where high cliffs and turquoise waters meet to form picture perfect views. With a number of activities such as hiking, swimming, canoeing/kayaking you’re sure to be submersed into the nature of this park.

If you love to camp, you may want to consider spending a few nights at the park. Whether its camping at Cyprus lake or winter camping at Tamaracks campground, if you like camping you’ll love camping in Tobermory.

The Grotto

Located within the Bruce Peninsula National Park is the Grotto shoreline cave. A scenic cave containing a pool of crystal blue water. An underwater tunnel extends from the pool through the cliff to Georgian Bay!

There are a number of hiking trails on the park that you can take to access the Grotto, be sure to read the signs.

Be aware that it is a very popular place during the summer and on long weekends! Parking space may be limited and fill up quicker than usual.

Fathom Five National Marine Park

The unique aquatic life of Fathom Five National Marine Park includes unique flowerpot formations and scenic limestone islands with underwater treasures both cultural and natural.

Explore the shoreline of Flowerpot Island on a day trip or overnight camping trip.

Or venture beneath its beautiful water on a once in a lifetime scuba diving experience!

Shipwrecks

Go on a Blue Heron cruise and witness some shipwrecks of Tobermory! These boats contain a glass bottom for a once in a lifetime view into the depths of Tobermory, as well as an upper open air deck.

Stay aboard for an hour and a half as Blue Heron cruises take you to see some amazing shipwrecks up close!
